Earning and payments
How do Referral partners get paid?
A referral commission on each closed deal, typically paid within 30 days of SEVN-X receiving payment from the client.
What is deal registration?
Registering an opportunity makes sure SEVN-X knows about it and can give you the full support you need, at your direction.
The client relationship
Who owns the client relationship?
For Referral partners, SEVN-X contracts and delivers while you stay involved. For Reseller partners, you typically own the relationship and the billing.
Will SEVN-X market to my clients directly?
No. We work through you and we respect your relationship. You are in the driver's seat, always.
What if I bring a deal and it stalls?
Client timelines change all the time. We will keep working with you to drive the right outcome for your client.
